The Challenge is Made!

Welcome to the Total Health Fitness Challenge!

The primary goal of the Total Health Fitness Challenge is to encourage participants to take the steps necessary to get healthy, not just focus on the end result. That is, to engage in consistent cardiovascular and/or strength training activities with a minimum of three (3) exercise activities per week for at least 8 of the contest weeks.

We want to give our community the motivation to exercise at a time of year when it tends to lessen.

It is Absolutely FREE to Participate in the Challenge!

All you have to do is register to enter the challenge and log in your progress.

Along the way, you’ll get entered into drawings for prizes. The more you exercise, the more valuable prizes you can win!

Hi, I’m Dr. Ryan Wohlfert, owner of Total Health Chiropractic in Lansing.
At Total Health Chiropractic, we cater to families and creating healthy activities for families to participate in together.

If we can motivate you to improve your health, everything in your life will improve. Health is being at your best physically, chemically, emotionally, and spiritually.

We wanted to create this contest to encourage those of you who are already exercising to keep exercising and those who are not, to start and create the habit.

Because health is not a solitary issue, we asked Lansing area businesses to help get our community healthy.

Success is achievable! You can start where you are right now.

The choices you make now affect the rest of your life.

We want to help you make the healthy choices.

Exercise can be easy, fun, and a family activity.
You don’t need special equipment or fitness center membership to participate in the contest.

Rewards of the challenge are both tangible and intangible –

Prizes and Better Health!

This is a contest. We want you to win the Total Health Fitness Challenge, but realize your health and well being are the biggest awards in the process.

Sincerely,

Ryan Wohlfert, DC, CSCS, CCSP, YCS
