The challenger to earn the most points during the challenge (August 17 to November 8, 2009) will be the WINNER!

Here's how you earn points:

Ten (10) points - You must complete a minimum of 20 minutes of moderate exercise in a day, accomplished during a single session or in at least 10 minute increments.  Each workout is worth ten (10) points.  For example, to successfully complete the program within the 12 week period, you will need to workout at least three times per week for 11 weeks of the contest period.  Each challenger is allowed only one workout per day. You pick the exercise you want to perform. This is based on the honor system.  Please do not cheat.

Eight (8) points - If you participate in one of our scheduled Fitness Events, you will receive eight points.  Refer to the Fitness Events Calendar for types, dates, and times of the various events.  There will be a sign in sheet at each event to prove your participation and attendance.

Five (5) points - If you compete in a local or statewide race, you will earn five bonus points.  Refer to Playmakers website for dates and locations of the various races.  After you've completed a race, click on the "Submit Race Information" button.

At a minimum, if you complete the 33 workouts and enter in your data, you will earn these valuable gifts for FREE:
