Obstacle Course:
A three mile course with challenging obstacles. Obstacles to include 70 foot hill climb, farmers walk, cargo net bear crawl and army crawl, log leap, water obstacles, monster tires and climbing walls.
Registration:
$40 for pre-registration until June 1, 2012; $45 between June 2 and August 18; $50 race day registration (Registration is limited to 400 participants)
Registration includes performance tech t-shirt and finisher medals. Registrations before August 3rd are guaranteed a performance shirt. Click Here to Register.
Awards:
All participants will receive a finisher’s medal; top three places in each age group will receive an award.

18-29; 30-39; 40-49; 50-59; 60-69; 70 and up
Packet:
Packet pick up at Total Health Chiropractic 252 S Waverly Rd Lansing, MI 48917 from 10:00am until noon on Saturday, August 19th or starting at 7:00am on race day
Race time:
The race will start at 8:00am. Check in and race day registration start at 7:00am
